The panel facing is one of the most important elements on almost any project. Whatever project environment you need to create, whether it be hygienic, aesthetic, weatherproof, etc, we have a full range of panel facings that will ensure you get what you need.
White Food Safe Laminate (WFS) has a 120 micron PVC coating applied to a galvanised substrate. It should be specified for use within all food processing and cleanroom environments. It does not promote the growth of bacteria and with regular cleaning down procedures offers a food safe finish as required for these environments.
Polyester for internal use is available with a 15 micron pre-painted finish. Although Polyester can be used in food environments, it should only be specified where finished products are stored. Polyester does not have any specific 'food safe' properties. Although most commonly white, it is available in many different colours.
Colour coated steel for use in applications where a building needs to be protected from the external weather can be applied to a composite panel or as a single skin cladding component. There are many different finishes and colours to choose from; main finishes are Plastisol [HPS200 / HP200] and PVF2.
For environments where only Stainless Steel is suitable, we are able to offer this finish in whatever grade you require. We can bond Stainless Steel to any of the cores available in our 'core range' and on either, or both, faces.
Aluminium is remarkable for its lightweight and ability to resist corrosion. It is most commonly used in the automotive and aerospace industries, however, it is not uncommon to see it in the construction industry as a component for doors, windows and even composite panels.
Only recently introduced into our portfolio, clear polycarbonate faced composite panels offer structural integrity and a visual appearance which is unmatched by any other facing material. It enables the passage of light to be transferred and offers privacy and security.

For panel facings that are not visible, we offer a miscellaneous galvanised steel backing coat which can be a grey or white polyester finish or a clear lacquer.
